Delete your account and data

01Delete your account yourself

In the app, or on study.adaatechnology.com after signing in:

• Open “Settings”.
• Choose “Delete my account”.
• If you have not signed in recently, we send a code to your email to make sure it is you.
• Tick “I understand, delete my account.”, then press “Delete my account”.

It happens at once, and it cannot be undone.

02What is deleted

The account and everything in it:

• The account itself: your email, password and Google sign-in
• Your name, look, photo and animal
• Your subjects, all your sittings, your time and your streak
• Your friends, requests, cheers and notifications

03What stays

Only two things remain, both without your name:

• A report you filed about someone else, for up to 12 months, then it is deleted.
• Your account is shared with the Adaa store, so it is deleted there too. If you placed orders in the store, their records stay without your name, as the store's privacy policy sets out.

04If you cannot sign in

Write from the email address of your account to hello@adaatechnology.com asking us to delete it, and we delete it with all its data within 7 days.

We may ask you to confirm from the same email address first, so nobody else can delete your account.
